Help! I've never done Pilates before... how do I start?

Most of our clients are completely new to Pilates. We created a guide that walks you through your first visit, what to wear, and what type of session to book.

Go to New User Guide →

How many people are in each class?

Every class is limited to four clients so your instructor has time to coach, correct, and answer questions throughout class.

Do I need to be in shape or flexible?

Not at all! Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, building strength, or simply trying something new, we'll help you progress at your own pace.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move easily. We also require grip socks for safety and hygiene. If you don't have grip socks, we sell them at the studio for $10 + tax.

Why do I need grip socks?

Grip socks help prevent slipping on the equipment and help keep our studio extra clean for everyone.

How do I find the studio?

We're located inside The Healing Touch Chiropractic building in Downtown Sacramento with free on-site parking.

What if I can't find a class that fits my schedule?

Let us know! As a small studio, we're always interested in adding class times that work better for our community whenever possible.

What equipment do you have?

We have four reformers, a tower, a ladder barrel, a chair, and a spine corrector, as well as many accessories.
